- Framing the overall transaction process from negotiating the deal, meetings, documentation, approvals, formation/closure of entities, follow up, filings, disclosures, with various stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Drafting and vetting of transaction documentation such as scheme of restructuring, agreements, approval applications etc
- Ensuring due compliance of various applicable laws and regulations like Companies Act, 2013, Indian Contract Act, 1872, Income Tax Act, 1961, Competition Act, 2002, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, SEBI Regulations etc
