Name Approval

One has to submit two proposed names in order of preference alongwith proposed business activity to be carried out. Suffixing Private Limited and Public Limited is mandatory in case of private and public company respectively.

Acquiring Digital Signatures Certificates (DSC)

DSC is generally required for proposed first shareholders and directors. The same can be obtained by making application with the authorities having the prescribed licence.

Preparing and Filing MOA AOA and SPICe Forms and Obtaining Certificate of Incorporation(COI)

Various documents like declarations, consents, affidavits etc of the proposed first shareholders and directors are prepared alongwith the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

Once all the above mentioned documents are ready, the same are filed with if and address proofs the proposed first shareholders and directors with Registrar of Companies(ROC).

ROC scrutinises all the documents and on being satisfied that everything is in order issued the Certificate of Incorporation(COI).
